You have an idea in your head of what your perfect wedding shoes look like, but can you find them? You’ve got an important event coming up and need a specific colour of shoe to match your outfit, but you’ve looked absolutely everywhere. You don’t want to spend all that money on a pair of occasion shoes, only to wear them once before banishing them to the back of the wardrobe. If any of these scenarios ring true, you need The Perfect Bridal Company’s brand new Shoe Lab!

So what is The Shoe Lab?

Designed with sustainability and value for money in mind, we created our new Shoe Lab concept to offer a bespoke luxury service at a competitive price. The collection is made up of a range of shoes with interchangeable straps, shoe clips and colours which enables you to create a truly unique pair of shoes to suit your style and occasion perfectly- think of it like the pick ‘n’ mix of shoes (but much better for you)!

How does it work?

Creating your own unique design is a simple three step process…

Step one- choose your shoe. We have a wide range of styles with different toe shapes and heel heights from classic to modern, flat to high, pointed to peep toe. We recommend going for a shoe in dyeable satin so you can customise the colour and make them even more unique.

Step two- select your trims. We have thoughtfully designed a comprehensive range of straps to ensure there’s one for every taste and occasion. Whether you want to add a touch of sparkle with a diamante embellished strap, bring your shoes bang up to date with pretty pearls or go for a more boho vibe with relaxed leather flowers, we’ve got it covered. You’ll be amazed what a difference simply changing up the strap makes to the overall look of a shoe.

If you want to go one step further why not add a pair of our beautiful shoe clips? Co-ordinate these with your straps by matching sparkle with sparkle, a pearl embellished bow with a pearl strap.. or keep your strap understated and go big with your shoe clip, it really is up to you!

Step three- colour it up. Lastly, pick the colour you want to have your shoes dyed either before or after the event. Choose from forty pre-mixed colours on our brand new 2024 colour chart, or even have a bespoke colour match by providing us with a colour swatch. If you love it, we can colour it!

With these three steps you can create a pair of shoes which are totally unique to you, the possibilities really are endless!

Where can I find The Shoe Lab?

We’re officially launching our Shoe Lab at Bridal Week Harrogate this month and will have an interactive display of the full concept with plenty of shoes, straps and trims to play with, as well as a wide range of the different colours on display. If you’re not a retailer (Harrogate is a trade only show), worry not- we know everyone is going to be as excited as we are, so the Shoe Lab concept will be rolling out into our stockists very soon.
