Our Key Trends From Bridal Week Harrogate
Bridal Week Harrogate is always a key date in the wedding industry calendar, and this year was no exception. We had an incredible response to our latest collections, with buyers and boutiques new and old loving our new styles and exciting new designs. Perhaps the most stand out trend for us was Chantilly lace, with our exquisite new pieces getting a lot of love! Just as it was in September, our unique ‘Shoe Lab’ concept also proved to be a huge hit at the show.
Chantilly Lace – A Timeless Favourite
One of the biggest talking points at the stand was our exquisite new Chantilly lace collection. This timeless fabric has long been a bridal favourite, and this season’s designs felt more romantic and elegant than ever. The collection features two beautifully crafted new veils, each delicately detailed with intricate lace edging, adding an ethereal touch to any bridal look. Buyers loved both PBV9087, which is a stunning cathedral length veil in full Chantilly lace, and PBV9088- again cathedral length but in classic ivory tulle with Chantilly lace edging.
Bridal sleeves were another exciting addition to the range, offering brides the opportunity to add a graceful, vintage-inspired element to their gowns. Worn as an additional accessory to the dress, these sleeves allow for a seamless transition from ceremony to reception—perfect for brides looking for versatility and style. We launched two new styles- PBA2045 and PBA2046. The response at Harrogate made it clear- Chantilly lace is set to be a must-have trend for the upcoming wedding season.
The Shoe Lab – Customisation Continues
Another highlight from the show- once again- was our innovative ‘Shoe Lab’ concept, which allows brides to create a truly bespoke look by customising their wedding shoes. With the ability to choose different straps, colours and trims, brides can personalise their shoes to suit their personal style and wedding look.
One of the most popular Shoe Lab styles at Bridal Week was ‘Paloma’—a simple but statement platform that brides love for its modern style and versatility. A particularly popular combination is Paloma with our ‘River’ oversized satin shoe bows, which add a contemporary yet classic edge- not least as the bow trend seems to be here to stay! One of the great things about our Shoe Lab- and the reason it continues to be so popular- is that the ability to mix and match so many different elements means that brides rarely end up with the same design, making it an accessible way to create your dream wedding shoes.
